Servicing and Maintenance

The following items are covered where the optional maintenance contract is taken out.

• All routine servicing and maintenance in line with the manufacturer’s requirements.

• Replacement tyres, brake pads, exhausts and other consumables in line with fair wear and tear.

• MOT test for contracts in excess of 36 months.

• All repairs and replacement using only genuine Saab parts.

All repairs and replacements must be carried out by authorised Saab Dealerships only.

Any repairs or replacements must be approved by Saab Contract Hire before commencement of the work. Your dealer should telephone Saab

Maintenance control on 0870 732 4005 to obtain an order number.

The following items are specifically excluded from a maintenance contract –

• Windscreen and glass repairs/ replacement.

• Oil and other fluid top ups between services.

• Repairs required that are not as a result of fair wear and tear.

Please Note

Saab Contract Hire will not pay for excluded items and recharge the Hirer at a later date.

Emergency Service Facilities

All Saab contracts are provided with emergency service from the date of original registration both in the UK and Europe.The service is available 24 hours a day every day of the year and covers any driver entitled to drive the vehicle.
